AUGUST FREE OPEN DAY

Trying out a new sport or for a new cheer team can be very overwhelming and intimidating,

therefore we aim to make your FREE open day as stress free and as fun as possible, our on hand coaches will make you feel more then welcome and will be happy to assist you or answer any questions you may have.

please ensure you attend the correct time, ages given below.

 our waiver form must be filled out, printed and signed before taking part in the live official open day, this form is located on our website, the form must have a parents/guardian’s signature. (if athlete

is under 18).

If you don’t have access to a printer, we will provide spare forms on the day, but please

make sure if this is your option then please arrive 10 minutes before the official open day commences.

• Please also bring any strapping, etc, you might need.

• Appearance should be “training ready”.

• Please remove all jewellery and piercings, be wearing cheer shoes/or clean indoor

gym trainers. NO outdoor shoes will be permitted in the gym.

Please also make sure you bring a positive and motivated attitude.
